Learn how the Project Delivery module serves as a centralized portfolio for managing all your stormwater projects

Overview
The Project Delivery Module is your program's central hub for managing all stormwater projects. It gives you a high-level, portfolio view of every investment, from a new idea to a fully certified asset, allowing you to track its progress and see the big picture.
Think of it as the single source of truth for your stormwater project pipeline. You can inventory, manage, and track all projects and associated stormwater assets, giving you a clear, landscape-scale view of what’s planned, what's in the ground, and what's in the pipeline.
Why Is Project Delivery Important?
This module provides the context you need to make strategic decisions. When a partner or another department brings you a new stormwater investment opportunity, you can immediately add it to the map. This allows you to evaluate the new idea in the context of all other known investments at the watershed scale, preventing duplicate work and maximizing impact.
An Even More Powerful View with Other 2NFORM Modules
While Project Delivery is powerful on its own, its data becomes richer and more accurate when your organization also uses other 2NFORM modules (like Construction, Post-Construction, or Municipal Maintenance).
Because all 2NFORM modules share a single geospatial database, this portfolio is automatically populated with data as your teams manage their daily tasks. This means:
- No Extra Data Entry: Your portfolio is always up-to-date without requiring you to manually enter progress from other teams.
- Real-Time Status: You get an instant, accurate summary of all projects, because the information flows directly from the teams doing the work.
Understanding the Project Lifecycle
To ensure a consistent workflow, every project is tracked through a series of implementation Phases. These phases take a project from a simple concept to a finished project and certified asset(s).
