A summary of 2NFORM product improvements and fixes:

  • Task assignment capabilities have been expanded across multiple modules, enabling managers to efficiently assign and manage workload across their teams. The To Do tabs now include an assignee column where users can assign, reassign, and delete task assignments. This functionality is available in the Municipal Maintenance, Construction, Post Construction, and Industrial/Commercial modules, with the ability to assign tasks individually or in bulk.
  • A new system setting allows administrators to configure customer-facing letters for Post Construction and Industrial/Commercial modules without submitting support tickets. This self-service capability empowers administrators to customize letter templates independently, improving efficiency and reducing reliance on customer service for letter configuration requests.
  • An update was made to the Post Construction module to integrate project-level workflows and due dates with asset-specific tasks in the structural BMP To Do tab, allowing field teams to clearly distinguish between assets maintained by the agency and those managed by private responsible parties under post-construction requirements.
  • Site visit PDF reports are now available for pipes, culverts, open channels, manholes, lift stations, and cleanouts in the Municipal Maintenance module, providing field staff with easy access to inspection photos and notes for all hard asset types.
  • Fact sheets have been enabled for pipes, culverts, open channels, manholes, lift stations, and cleanouts in the Municipal Maintenance module, providing users with comprehensive views of asset attributes, inspection history, and associated photos.
  • An update was made to the Illicit Discharge module to add a filter for incident phase, making it easier to filter out closed incidents and focus on open and new incidents in the To Do tab.
  • A fix was applied to resolve an issue where maintenance and reinspection tasks were not appearing in the To Do tab across all modules.
  • A fix was made to the popup history display in the Asset Lifecycle Optimization module to ensure date and time formatting is displayed correctly.
  • A fix was applied to the ArcGIS Digital Sync to resolve a system error that occurred when syncing the manhole layer with duplicate global ID values.
  • A fix was made to the email notification system in the Post Construction module to ensure that notifications are sent only to users within the correct account.
  • An update was made to the Annual Reporting summary for structural BMPs to correctly calculate the responsible party column based on the maintained by field rather than the delivered by field.
  • A fix was applied in the Construction module to resolve issues where completed projects were incorrectly appearing in the routine inspection tasks and all due dates were displaying as past due regardless of their actual due date.
  • A fix was made to the Insights and Trends dashboard in the Municipal Maintenance module to resolve data display issues in the street sweeping annual comparisons and ensure accurate reporting of sweep activities.
  • An update was made to the Post Construction module to rename the routine maintenance section to reinspection in the structural BMP To Do tab, ensuring consistent terminology with project-level tasks.
